What happens if the system timeouts while I am completing an online application?
To prevent lost of data entry, you should perform a task at least once every 18 minutes.  Leaving your screen unattended for over 18 minutes will result in a timeout.  It’s a good idea to gather all needed paperwork before you begin the application process.

How do I navigate through the online application?
You can navigate through the online application by using the "Next" and "Previous" buttons at the bottom of each page.  In addition, once you have completed a page, you can use the circled numbers at the top of the page to move throughout the application.  Do not use the "Back" button on your toolbar.  Using the back button will cause you to lose data and you will need to begin the application process again.

I am receiving the message "You are not authorized to access this component."  What should I do?
Close all browser windows and open a new window.

When is the online system available?
The Career site is unavailable from 2 a.m to 6 a.m. each day.
