If you seek treatment from either of the preferred providers listed above for your work-related injury, you will not be charged a copayment and you will not need to bring any paperwork to your initial exam.  Twin Cities Occupational Health & Rehabilitation and MN Occupational Health are already set up with CCMSI for billing purposes. 

If you seek treatment from a healthcare provider outside of either of these two facilities, SPPS cannot guarantee that it will be paid.  You may be charged a copayment or the full amount for the office visit or prescription.  If the claim is denied, and you went out of network from your personal insurance, then the cost would be out of pocket.
