It is time to choose your benefits for the year 2008! Open Enrollment for benefits will be held from October 15, 2007 through October 26, 2007. The changes you make during open enrollment go into effect on January 1, 2008 and remain in effect through December 31, 2008.  If you wish to make changes to your coverage and/or enroll in the flexible spending account, health savings account, and attendance incentive plan, you must complete an enrollment form by October 26, 2007.

If you have no changes to make and you do not want to participate in the flexible spending account, health savings account and the attendance incentive plan, you do not need to complete an enrollment form. Your current elections will remain in effect for the 2008 plan year, with the exception of the flexible spending account, health savings account and attendance incentive plan.

You should have received an Open Enrollment packet mailed to your home.  If you have not received a packet, please call the Benefits Office at 651/767-8212. Open enrollment forms and instructional materials are available below.

Open enrollment meetings will be held during the two weeks of Open Enrollment.  A list of meetings and times are listed below. During the open enrollment meetings, you can receive assistance with completing your enrollment form, assistance taking the health assessment in the training lab, and receive a flu shot by walking in to the flu shot clinic being held in one of the conference rooms.
