Welcome to the Benefits Website!!!  St. Paul Public Schools employees are entitled to benefits based on their labor agreement and hours worked. 

 

Benefits Open Enrollment is now closed.

  The Human Resouce staff would like to thank everyone   for a very successful open enrollment period using "PeopleSoft Ben Admin" our new automated electronic enrollment system!

The benefit elections for 2013 were made using the automated Benefits Administration electronic enrollment system.   After December 1, 2012 you will receive an email with information on "how to review and verify" the elections made during Open Enrollment.  To verify your enrollment 

Go to:  payroll.spps.org

 

Click on Employee Self Service (ESS).  ESS is the same system you use to view your paycheck.   Enter your user i.d. and password.  This is the same user i.d. and password you use to view your paycheck. 

  

Click on:  Self Service, Benefits, Benefits Summary

  

A summary of your benefit elections will be generated.  Review them closely for accuracy to ensure that the benefit elections you chose during Open Enrollment are correct.  If discrepancies are found, please contact the Benefits department at 651.767.8212 so we can make the necessary changes prior to January 1, 2013.

You will not be able to review your summary until we finalize the enrollment process. The benefits enrollment process will be finalized after December 1st.  Prior to that date you will not be able to generate a summary of your 2013 elections.
