403(b) Informational Meetings The District is reducing the number of 403(b) Tax-Sheltered Annuity Plan (TSA) vendors from thirty-one to two effective April 1, 2008. We are limiting vendors due to the changes in IRS regulations related to Tax-Sheltered Annuity Plans.
